This sprint includes an important feature release for Omnidocs Create, improving profile management and automatic form prefilling. With this update, profile management parity is now available in Production, giving users a more seamless experience when working with person- and identity-based data.
New features and improvements
- Profile management (“switch profile”) parity is now available in Production.
- Users can select a person/profile from a Select field and have relevant base form fields automatically prefilled.
- When switching to another person/profile, the fields are updated automatically to match the new selection.
- Admins can now enable Preselect logged-in user for Identities Selects.
- This automatically selects the current user when the form opens.
- The selection also triggers the same prefilling behavior.
