This release keeps people from outside your organization out of people lists, makes integrations easier to set up and adds the KMD Nexus integration. It also covers the smaller updates released since September 10.

New features and improvements

  • People from outside your organization can now be kept out of people lists.
    • With the new setting "Restrict user identities to this organization", lists of users in templates only show people from your own organization. Omnidocs support staff, partner staff and users invited from other organizations no longer appear.
    • The setting is off by default. Ask Omnidocs to turn it on or off.
  • Integrations are now set up on their own page.
    • Setting up an integration now happens on a full page instead of a small window. The page explains the service, shows what the integration can do and describes every setting.
    • Addresses that the other system needs can be copied straight from the page.
  • Added the KMD Nexus integration.
    • Case workers start a letter in KMD Nexus, fill it out in Create, finish it in Word, and send it back to Nexus as a draft or as a final PDF.
  • Users who work in several organizations can now switch between them in the Office add-in.
  • Answers from the form are now only saved in documents.
    • Phrases no longer keep the answers from the form, even when "Store form data in document" is turned on for them.
  • Create and Admin load faster.
    • The applications are now downloaded in a compressed form when the browser supports it.

API improvements

  • Requests that create documents now send their data in data, like the rest of the API. Requests that still send values keep working.
  • In EditFlow, showUiActions now hides the editing buttons that are not in the list, and the new disableUiActions keeps a button on screen but greyed out.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the application not loading for organizations whose sudomain starts with create or admin.
  • Fixed PowerPoint asking to repair some created presentations when the template had very high slide numbers inside the file and many slides were added.
  • Fixed Save in EditFlow getting stuck without a message when the document had been open for a while without any activity.
  • Fixed large Office files failing to upload to EditFlow.
