What it takes to onboard Omnidocs Create

With Omnidocs Create, we aim for ease of onboarding and approachability. The prerequisites for onboarding are minimal, and mostly boil down to having an IT administrator on your side, but might change with your specific case. Requirements for solution administration depend on the scope of your solution.

Prerequisites for onboarding

Licensing Requirements

  • A Microsoft Entra ID tenant
  • A valid Microsoft license
    • Microsoft 365 E3 / Microsoft 365 F3 for Office Online editing
    • Office 2016, Office 2019, or Microsoft 365 E3 for on-premises Office editing

Browser Requirements

  • A modern browser
    • Microsoft Edge version 109 or higher
    • Google Chrome version 109 or higher
    • Apple Safari version 15 or higher
  • JavaScript and cookies enabled

Network Requirements

  • An active internet connection
  • Minimum 2 Mbps download speed recommended
  • If on a restricted network, ensure access to required domains
    • *.omnidocs.cloud
    • *.microsoft.com
    • *.office.net
    • *.live.com

Prerequisites for certain features

  • If you want integrations to systems that you're using, you'll need to be able to provide some information, usually limited to API secrets needed to communicate with the platform.

Prerequisites for maintenance and updates

  • Our consultants are always available if you need to make updates or changes to your documents. If you want to manage documents yourselves, there will be a need for an administrator that's comfortable with Microsoft Office/365, or more technical, depending on your needs.
    • You'll also receive any necessary training, depending on how much you want to be able to manage your solution yourselves.
