Acadre
How does our integration to Acadre work?
Seamless integration with Acadre is achieved through a dedicated adapter, developed in collaboration with Formpipe.
Adapter installation
The adapter ensures secure and reliable communication between Acadre and Create. This integration does not require Azure, making it suitable for environments where cloud-based solutions are not an option.
Supported flows
The integration supports two primary workflows, active flow and silent flow. The active flow is used for documents that require user interaction, while the silent flow is used when all data is already available from Acadre or other systems, and no user interaction is required.
Active flow
The users move through the active flow in the following steps:
- Users select a document type in Acadre, triggering the adapter to generate a URL.
- The URL directs users to the Create template editor, where document metadata and content can be modified.
- When the document is finalized, it's submitted back to Acadre through the adapter.
The active flow enables real-time customization before finalizing documents, allowing users greater flexibility when it's needed.
Silent flow
The silent flow requires no user interaction. This is what happens:
- When the user selects a document type in Acadre, the adapter forwards Acadre data to Create.
- Create processes the document based on predefined rules.
- The completed document is automatically returned to Acadre.
The silent flow is best suited for high-volume, high-speed document generation scenarios.
